I am proud to endorse my friend, Frank Thorp, to be your next Alderman in Ward 8. I have known and relied on Frank for years as a friend and an advisor. Now that I'm in Congress, I rely on his experience as a former Navy Rear Admiral and I call on him regularly for national security and defense issues. He will bring that type of strategic leadership, vision, organizational skills to Eastport and to the City Council where it is needed the most. Frank and his wife Tammy live adjacent to the President Point Condos, where I live. I first came to know Frank through our communities’ respective waterfront improvement projects.
