Eastport is an extraordinary community that deserves extraordinary representation, and it is truly blessed that Frank Thorp is willing to serve. I’ve been fascinated by the way Frank enthusiastically applies what he learned from decades of Navy leadership to the science of constituent service, and by his Eastport-flavored ideas to further the maritime economy.
