The Hawkins Cove and Truxtun Green Network Connector project will transform Eastport and Annapolis by creating a nice walkway through the woods and providing water access at Hawkins Cove. Very informative briefing by the city this evening. Construction begins as early as late next year. Still need to work through how long the pier will be and how much dredging needs to be done.
